Consulting

Much of my work has focused on guiding organizations through transitions—stabilizing deficits, reimagining identities, or preparing for historic growth. I thrive in these moments of change by centering mission, cultivating community trust, and balancing bold vision with steady operations.

As a consultant, I bring two decades of experience supporting arts and culture nonprofits across the west, midwest, and southeast United States. I’ve worked with small to midsized organizations in visual art, performance, music, and multidisciplinary festivals, helping them navigate growth, renewal, and change. My approach is rooted in equity and sustainability: I have led organizations in adopting W.A.G.E. and union pay standards, developed DEIA practices, and built long-lasting funding models.

I specialize in strengthening resources and visibility for artists and organizations alike—whether through fundraising campaigns, program development, community engagement strategies, or rebrands. From doubling budgets and securing endowment matches to improving systems and governance, I provide practical tools that enhance financial stability, efficiency, and impact.

At every step, my goal is the same: to help build resilient, visionary organizations that sustain artists, expand access, and advance the cultural life of their communities.
